岗位职责

Manage monthly AR with Chinese customers & FR individual manufacturing locations, eradicate overdue AR balances permanently;

2), Understand all customer paperwork requirements & internal payment processes. Ensure FR group locations adhere to customer paperwork reqts;

3), Determine the credit worthiness & risk involved with late payments, make recommendations for action to resolve late payments;

4), Ensure FR Group manufacturing locations process all credits submitted by sales, shipping and or quality for price adjustments, returns etc;

5), Run reports for various accounts on weekly and monthly basis for inter group personnel;

6), Collaborate with customers and sales to increase the speed of receivables and prevent disruption of service to clients;

7), Maximize cash collection for month end reqts;

8), Process all Bill of Ladings for invoicing and filling of Bill of Ladings;

9), Mailing and emailing of invoices. Ensure communication between FR Group manufacturing locations & customers;

10), Other tasks may be assigned by Sales Manager - Asia.

任职资格的具体描述:

University or above, majored in Economics, Trade or equivalent;

2), Minimum 3 years experience in credit controlling area or related function;

3), Must be able to communicate verbally & written at all levels of the customer & FR group;

4), Must be able to provide training support to ensure AR compliance;

5), Can present themselves well to the customer & be prepared to travel to visit them on a regular basis if outstanding AR issues not being resolved;

6), Strong analysis and collection skills,Good computer skills;

7), Fluent oral and written English skills.
