岗位职责

1、To promote stable and profitable growth by supporting the regional management team and local business units with the management of credit recovery and collections risks
2、The scope of the role is to implement robust credit & collections and special asset portfolio management strategies for all credit products across the country
3、The incumbent will also be expected to provide support with delivering recovery and collections training and collections quality assurance on an ongoing basis
4、To develop appropriate Credit and Collections policies & procedures which are aligned to GRMC requirements, corporate directives, business strategies and current economic conditions.
5、To develop the strategic plan for Credit and Collections and Special Asset Portfolio Management which meets business goals and the agreed risk appetite.
6、To develop and enhance existing MIS to support Credit, Collections and Special Asset Portfolio Management in a robust manner
7、To develop and implement goals, objectives and KPIs for all recovery and collections officers across the Local Business Units in line with corporate objectives
8、To review collection MIS to ascertain status of collections and to evaluate effectiveness of current collection policies and procedures
9、To continually measure and evaluate existing customer payment performance to validate appropriate credit products and policies
10、To review loan loss reserve reports and recommend adjustments to the methodology as necessary to ensure the company has adequately reserved for the risk inherent in the credit portfolio.
11、To review delinquency data for evaluation of scorecard and best practices.
12、To analyze and understand historical data and customer history data for identifying specific risk characteristics and trends aimed at reducing losses while protecting the company top line and profitability
13、To innovate key initiatives around special asset portfolio management including: risk model development and deployment, trend analysis techniques and system requirements, documentation, processes and risk transfer mechanism
14、To oversee the implementation of collection risk controls system, assessing their results and assisting in operational fine-tuning of risk controls.

4、Ability to identify need for change, adaptable and flexible in anticipating and realising market opportunities
5、Administrative and leadership / supervisory skills, including good organization, planning and coordination skills.
