岗位职责
Responsibilities:
1. Accomplish projects (process, scale-up and facility operation)
2. Managing and implementing production process parameter and monitoring the product quality situation in the production process, taking action in time to solve process and technical problems
3. Monitoring, directing and training line leaders and operators to implement strictly in accordance with the standard specification
4. Managing plant process and technical
5. Providing budget preparation, manpower and capital expenditure plans
6. Improving manufacturing team communication necessary for yearly improvements in the facilities operations
7. Process controlling, productivity improving and scrap reducing
8. Deliver process technology and/or optimize product efficiently
9. Part of raw material quality inspecting and controlling

岗位要求
- 学历要求：全日制统招本科或以上
- 性别要求：不限
- 语言要求：英语 + 普通话 + 韩语
- 专业要求：Polymer
- 年龄要求：25-40
- 总工作年限：3年以上
任职资格的具体描述：
Qualification:1. Bachelor degree in Polymer, Material Science, related fields, and Master degree is preferred
2. Around 5 year of work experience in Polymer and/or Material Science field
3. Familiar with SAP and Good understanding of quality tools of SPC
4. Process Control experience in Insulation Field
5. Self motivate, integrity, team player, good presentation ability
6. A person with strong analytical thinking ability, innovative mind-set
7. Strong communication skills both in written and oral English & Korean
As a member of the Product technologies for Polymer industry materials, you need to work independently under limited supervision, to lead product quality development and process projects with the assist of group technicians
