Yearly DT stock and quarterly DT stock target setting-align with Sales
Monthly tracking total and each DT stock level trend
Manage Custom Service to control the ordering behavior in daily operation
Track the SO/SI progress VS the plan, find out the gap and raise out
Communicate with Sales & MKT for gap analysis and closure plan
Quarterly review with Management Team for the status
