岗位职责
Main Responsibilities:
- Help to prepare reports, PPT and related documents to present to the government or the development zone in order to gain their support.
- Help the team to follow up new projects and achieve the goal
- Assist to prepare documents required by other departments, such as memo checklist, land acquisition checklist, action plan, etc..
- Preparing necessary document and executing various applications for new project in terms with Chinese law or governmental regulation, including land acquisition application.
- Documenting files of existing and proposed projects.
- Other tasks as assigned by the company.

Requirements:- University Degree with a major in related field, major of law preferred;
- 5 year working experience as customer service rep or assistant;
- Be familiar with the logistics industrial;
- Good presentation and negotiation skill;
- Team work; willing to cooperate with team members
- Good at Office software
- Open-minded, self-motivated & result-oriented with full responsibilities;
- Fluent English reading and writing for work;
- Conscientious, initiative and diligent with the job
- Upright and reliable person.
