任职资格的具体描述:
QUALIFICATIONS:- University degree in Personnel Management / Human Resources or equivalent
- At least 5 years managerial experience in developing Human Resources policies and managing personnel in China with foreign or international companies.
- Preferably with setting up of HR policies and procedures with strong hands on experience.
- Has exposure to innovative talent recruitment, people development, staff retention and employee relations' management.
- Well versed in PRC labor laws as well as other relevant legal regulations and current HR practices and policies within the province and in China. Capable of interacting with PRC Labor Bureaus or Labor Officials.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Putonghua.
- A less traditional and more consultative HR partner who supports businesses and functions.
- Ability to work independently and has good initiative and ability to drive change and handle ambiguities in a matrixed organization.
- A forward-looking individual who possesses the maturity to deal with heads of departments and functions in the country and the region. A strong communication skill is mandatory.
- Must be a good team player with proven interpersonal skills and management style.
- Has good organization and planning skills ie. ability to organize workload for effective implementation
- Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
