岗位职责

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper organizational capabilities of the technical sales engineering forces & channel forces to meet the company’s monthly, quarterly and annually sales objectives & growth at rapid pace 2~3x. Key responsibilities covering great China region, which include:
Sales Strategy Definition and Execution – Responsible for definition sales strategy, driving sales team to implementation strategy to meet sales objectives.
Key customer management – design-win & revenue achievement from accounts, including self-driven, corporate level executive accounts.
Sales Team Management - Including hiring, training and development, setting work standards and competency criteria, resource planning and allocations, overall performance management to achieve each sales target Monthly Sales Forecast and Competitive Analysis
Sales Channel management – further develop and consolidate the distributions channels, on monthly revenues and pipelines growth, inventory, pricing management, customer support.
Customer Relationship build and maintenance –Lead to build and expand good customer relationships at senior management level to achieve maximum

任职资格的具体描述:

Education: BS or above in related engineering and science degree, MS preferred.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of IC sales (4 years management) experience. direct relationship with top 10 mobile phone, other portable device and PC peripheral OEMs, ODMs in Taiwan and China.
Leadership: Proven good track record as a senior level in team-based environment to provide sales achievement in IC design house in Asia.
Communications Skills: Superior communications and interpersonal skills, particularly cross-culturally. Excellent verbal and written English and Mandarin. Good presentation skills.
Personality & Mentality: Mature, self-starter able to deliver concrete results under high pressure and tight deadlines. Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced, action-oriented start-up environment. Very results-oriented, hands-on style with ability to implement and execute plans without supervision.
Other Requirements:
Age: 30~45 years old, sales track record in both Taiwan and mainland China.
Location: Shenzhen, Taipei (first 6~9 months wiling to work in headquarter in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Taiwan to synchronize)
Extensive frame required, good health
