The consultant will be primarily in charge of the total remuneration surveys for certain industries or cities, and support on compensation or benefits related consulting projects. He or she needs to

? Independently deliver high quality survey project on schedule with necessary direction
? Build and maintain strong client relationships with key accounts and/or assigned industries.
? Interpret survey findings to client and provide appropriate and tailor-made solutions to address specific client needs.
? Continuously accumulate deep knowledge in assigned industry(s) and to be ready as an industry expert of the team.
? Provide technical coach to less experienced consultants.

任职资格的具体描述：

BA degree in Mathematics, Business, Quantitative Studies or related discipline
? Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
? 3 to 5 years working experience in HR management or consulting area preferably in Big 4 or multinational consulting firm
? Excellent problem-solving skills and judgment abilities
? Ability to interact professionally with high-level leadership
? Advanced editing, proofreading, and composition skills;
? Strong oral communication and client relationship skills
? Excellent organizational and project management skills
? Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment is essential
