Seeking a Financial Analyst & Controller in supporting our Fulfillment Operations. Working with FC GM, S/He will produce and deliver mid-long term plan which sets high level targets for the FC. The Financial Analyst will also perform daily, weekly and monthly reporting and analysis allowing FC to work more efficiently and predictably. This person will also lead specific initiatives, including automating reporting and implementing financial processes and controls. The position will work with many departments, including Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Transportation, Customer Service, Accounting, and Corporate Finance.

任职资格的具体描述：

Reporting daily and weekly operating metrics
- Leading the implementation of new automated reporting.
- Providing financial analysis to prioritize and lead cost reduction efforts
- Providing analytical support for facility optimization initiatives
- Managing staff planning and metrics models

The successful candidate will have a four year college degree, 2 to 3 years of corporate finance analyst experience, and Master’s degree is a plus. The candidate should possess the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in using Excel and Access is a must and proficiency in Access and SQL is a plus. The ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment is required. Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills are highly desired, and good command in English.
