The Load and Performance team has an opening here in eBay COE Stubhub team. We are currently seeking motivated individuals who would like to join this highly innovative, and mission critical organization.
Primary Job Responsibility
The Load and Performance QA engineer position will contribute to the design and implementation of complex, multi-tier distributed software application. The primary focus will be analysis of L&P testing requirement, scoping, implementation and result analysis. The individual should have strong working knowledge of development background. He/she should also be easily adept at working both as an individual and in groups globally in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with rapid development life cycles.
Basic Job Requirements:
? Devise actionable performance test plans using “white box” testing techniques. Will require some basic understanding of internal system structure
? Build data generation and test harnesses
? Analyze performance results
? Create reporting infrastructure that minimizes “by hand” generation of results and
? Build infrastructure to run/generate release-to-release performance regression reports

任职资格的具体描述：
? ? Bachelor degree or above majored in computer science or related disciplines? ? 3+ years of experience in software development or Load and Performance testing
? ? Strong scripting or programming skills in Java, C++, Perl, Html or XML, PL/SQL
? ? Database and/or UNIX knowledge a strong plus
? ? Working knowledge/experience with performance tool like LoadRunner a plus
? ? Working experience with JMeter and SOAPUI a plus
? ? Strong knowledge about J2EE a plus
? ?Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills in English
? ?Highly motivated, confident, self starter
? ?Proactive in problem analysis/solving
? ?Ability to deal with ambiguity, manage expectations, and deliver results
