· Research, identify, develop and deliver the Lean Sigma consulting programs ;

· Conduct all activities on Lean Sigma according to planning and make sure the process are fully implemented and followed;

· Enable quality efforts of Lean Sigma program;

· Coordinate marketing & internal training on Lean sigma;

· Work closely with sales team to dig out training requirements and related consulting programs.

任职资格的具体描述：

· University degree in business, engineering or related discipline or above;

· Over 5 year experiences in training/consulting with at least 3 year relevant experience in Lean Sigma Project Management/Lean Sigma consultancy services;

· Experience with the development of training materials, analysis training requirement and advisory services;

· Excellent verbal communication skills with good proficiency in English;

· Well organized and able to prioritize various;

· Good Computer skills, professional in PowerPoint making.
