职位名称：Assistant Sales Development Manager--Special Trade

1. Take over the online business and optimize/upgrade the operation process to deliver preset sales target.
a) Accomplish smooth routine cooperation with major Ecommerce platform (Taobao, 360Buy, Yihaodian and etc.)
b) Develop and implement 4P strategies and practices of online business to drive business growth.
2. Explore the potential of B2B and establish an effective and efficient operation model to capitalize the opportunity
a) Identify the potential of B2B business and figure out a right product mix and operation approach for test run.
b) Collaborate with cross-function team and regional sales to establish the standard process for B2B business.
3. Support field sales team on identifying and facilitating new channel testing (i.e. Drug Store, HoReCa and etc.
4. Build up channel expertise and capability of field sales force via routine coaching/training sessions.

任职资格的具体描述：

1. Academy: Bachelor’s degree;　
2. Experience: Above 3 years in FMCG industry, solid experience on key account management or new channel development. Experience on ecommerce or B2B will be an advantage;
3. Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office is a must and internet/e-media skill will be an advantage;
4. Langugae Skills: A bilinguist in Mandarin and English with Good Presentation Skill;
5. Strong analyzing capability and logical thinking sense; Good communication and coordination skills;
6. Good Team Player and Willing to Support Others. With mobility to travel; Self-motivative with passion on sales.
