岗位职责
Objective
Lead, direct, and control all sales and marketing activities to meet the organization’s short and long-term business objectives
Key Activities
Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy that aligns with the organization’s overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives.
Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage the most complex or strategically important business opportunities,
Evaluate the findings of market research or analysis projects; assess the viability of alternative opportunities, and present recommendations to top executives.
Establish high-level, significant relationships with potential clients, customers to promote the organization’s products and service.
Lead the most important, complex, controversial or difficult meetings and negotiations with potential clients to pursue business opportunities and protect the organization’s business interests.

任职资格的具体描述:
Bachelor degree in the engineering, MBA is preferred. Engineering background ,in-depth automotive industry knowledge in Chinese Market
At least 10 years relevant working experience which 5 years in manager level, sales & sales management experience is must.
In-depth knowledge of both international best practices and the business environment in China
Leadership, cooperation, and communications abilities in order to succeed in a challenging business and cultural environment
Leadership skills necessary to succeed in a matrix organization.
Ability to understand and operate within multicultural and multilingual work environments
Clear and concise communications style, fluent in both Mandarin and English
Logical, excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, intelligent, mission and result driven, leadership charismatic, excellent team player.
