任职资格的具体描述：
? Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field? Have at least 5 years solid Hands on design/development experience, solid knowledge in Java/J2SE;
? Knowledge of JDBC, SQL, XML, Unit Test, SOA, ESB, JMX,;
? Familiar with Oracle DB and PL/SQL
? Understand SDLC and have practical experience in continuous integration, familiar with Maven;
? Have multi-thread design/development experience;
? Have experience in leading a team;
? Good command in speaking, reading and writing English;
? Have at least 1 year JMS, IBM MQ Series experience;
? Have at least 1 year Web Service develop experience.
? Having experience in distributed caching system design / implementation is a plus
? Have experience in Websphere Message Broker is a great plus
