岗位职责
Would be responsible for providing remote support for end users on issues pertaining to desktop and printer support. The remote support would be provided either via remote control of the end user equipment of via telephonic calls

Required Skills:Windows XP client related issues.
Printer, how to configure the client & all level of trouble shooting.
MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), repair, installation & trouble shooting.
Networking Concepts, TCP/IP, Lan, Wan,
VPN, IPass & Wireless application support.
Basic knowledge of Hardware related issues.
Ready to work only in 24*7
Remote tools
Good Communication skills.
Should Read/Write/Speak Chinese and (English or thai, or malay, or contonese, or Japanese)
